All Glories to Divine Mother!
She is “THE” Empress of all that is. How can I even think of writing anything about Her Majesty. But, as I do so, I know it is only out of Her will that it is happening. But what can I possibly write about the Supreme Goddess? When the entire cosmos is smaller than an atom in front of Her toe nail, then what standing does this puny creature have? Even when one tries to put down Her glories, the entire sky would seem trifling.
Maa MahaKali is the ultimate reality and rest everything is a myth. She is MahaMaya. She brings about the entire creation and then makes everyone subject to Her illusion. The entire show that we see everyday is run by Her. People live lifetimes after lifetimes exhaustively entangled in Her Maya with seemingly no exit. If there is anything by the name of free will, it is all Her. Lesser mortals like us can only have a faint idea of it. Maa MahaKali is the cause of all causes. She is the creator, preserver and destroyer of the whole nine yards. She lovingly creates and is so benign that She puts Her own element into all that She shapes up.
Maa MahaKali is the controller of time. Past, present and future are all Her pawns. She is brilliantly black. But Her black brilliance is such that it can make the light of thousand suns look like a tiny flame. Her sword and thunderbolt strike heavily on darkness and ignorance making way for light and absolute truth. The munda that She holds symbolizes letting go off the rational mind drenched with logic. When one places the afflicted mind at Her Lotus Feet, Maa MahaKali becomes the vehicle of salvation. She becomes Bhavatarini.
Maa MahaKali is not only the Supreme Goddess but also the Supreme Mother. She comes running at the fervent cry of Her innocent child. But to become that innocent child one has to keep letting go off the mind and stay as vulnerable as an infant is. It is only and only through Her Grace that one can do that. Maa MahaKali provides and protects just like a mother does. She is the giver of all that can be thought of. She illuminates Her kids to accept all aspects of their life, both positive and negative and then uproot the weeds which are of no use and leave everything to Her. And when one does that, She bestows the ultimate freedom that severes all ties and takes the innocent child back to the Mother’s lap. She is the ultimate triumph, creation, compassion, destruction, energy, righteousness, truth but over and above everything She is the MOTHER!
